Lavender Infused Honey

By slowly infusing lavender flower buds in honey, we took our local countryside raw honey and made it even better, creating a sweet honey with a floral infusion.

This sweet flowery honey is great added to tea, or hot water and gives ice cream a sweet relaxing floral flavour. Use it in baking, and add to healthy breakfast cereals or drizzle on yogurts.
