Mint Infused Honey

By slowly infusing dried mint flakes in honey, we took our local countryside raw honey and made it even better, creating a sweet honey with a fresh minty infusion.

This sweet minty honey is great added to tea, or hot water and gives ice cream a sweet fresh flavour. Use it when cooking, and add to healthy breakfast cereals or drizzle on yogurts.
