Chilli Infused Honey

By slowly infusing crushed dried chili flakes in honey, we took our local countryside raw honey and made it even better, creating a sweet honey with a touch of heat.

This sweet warming honey is great on cheese and charcuterie boards, it can spice up a pizza and make ice cream come alive with flavour. Use it in stir fry's, marinades, or make a sweet and spicy salad dressing.
